Shipping Policy
Shipping/delivery options:
Collection from Pound Farm, to be arranged via email to info@riseresources.co.uk. Please do not try to collect your order from the Farm before you have confirmed via email a collection time, as your order may not be ready.

Please quote your order number and name when contacting us to arrange delivery or pick up.
Return & Exchange Policy
You have 28 days from receipt of your order to send your item(s) back to Rise Resources. For a full refund on the item (postage not included) send the item back to us in its original condition including all packaging within 28 days of receipt.

If you believe your items are faulty, please contact us - we will discuss the problem with you and sometimes we may need images/proof of the fault. If we need you to send the items back to us, we will reimburse your postage.

In some instances, the product may have to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment for faults and failures. Please allow up to 30 days for an exchange or refund.

It is your responsibility to arrange and cover the costs of returning items to us unless the item is faulty. We recommend that you obtain proof of postage and insurance for your parcel against loss and damage, as you are responsible for the returned goods until they are received by us.
