You have 28 days from receipt of your order to send your item(s) back to Rise Resources for a full refund. For a full refund on the item (postage not included) send the item back to us in its original condition including all the packaging within 28 days of receipt.
If you believe your item(s) are faulty, please contact us - we will discuss the problem with you and will require images/proof of the fault. If we need you to send the items back to us we will reimburse the postage.
In some instances, the product may have to be returned to the original manufacturer for assessment.
Please allow up to 30 days for an exchange or refund.
